Sweet! got my Bug Mount!... finally!

This was too Awesome. I was talking to Monk just today about me doing a crapload of archeology around Pandaland and turning the boxes in for Tol'vir artifacts and not getting the Hand or Mount to pop for me. Well I think Blizz saw me crying about it, that's pretty much seriously what it sounded like, because several more artifacts solved and I get the Ultramarine Battle Tank to pop up.  Oh Fuckin sweet! So excited, and I was tired already but I needed to finish this and get my mount tonight! and Woot I did.
Funny thing was I was falling asleep flying to the next digsites. Sites that didn't need a flightpath I either used numlock or kept my finger on the W and flew past sites many a time because I nodded off. I'm very terrible at doing that, because I've been known to nod off running dungeons or in vent with Monk. Its hilarious. Anywhos those are stories for a different time.

Bye Thrall (revisited)

I was looking in my Facebook WoW album and found this picture.
The day before Cata hit we all wanted to go and say "Bye" to our Beloved Warchief Thrall. I don't care for the screenshot I decided to post on FB because I had others that were better but since that computer crapped out on me and I didn't have anything backed up, I lost better (and all) of my screenshots, too bad so sad for me.
Nonetheless tribute to Thrall was made and I'm glad I was a part of that.

Moar Hunters!!!!

This was just funny. LFR decided to group a bunch of hunters up. Don't be fooled by this meter. This was only on trash. I ended the raid out at 2nd, poop!
As Demo, I do awesome AoE damage. so the bigger the pulls tanks do the funner time I have. I love seeing me at the top of dps charts, everyone does. BUT I've always said that DPS don't mean shit if you don't know the fights. Pick up adds, or stay on boss just to top the DPS meter, assholes. I hate that shit. I have to make a macro yelling at people to get adds. Its something I find myself yelling out a lot. I think I'll go do that now.

What gets under Skully's skin? (rant)

Anyone who knows me knows how much I love WoW(duh). So along with enjoying an MMO game so much, there are the people that just annoy the shit out of me mostly because they complain, complain, complain.

If you are playing the game and you say it's "stupid", it's "dumb" then guess what just stop playing. Just because Blizzard makes the game a certain way that doesn't fit YOUR needs and what would make the game be easier for YOU doesn't mean it's dumb. Either get on board with it or STOP PLAYING! I know I shouldn't let people get to me when they put down the game that I love so much, but I do. I really don't feel like talking to the person anymore. Knowing that I too play it on a daily basis and yet you still sit there and call it a stupid game. Geez what does that say about how you feel about the people that play it and enjoy it. And really, what does that say about you that you still come back and play a "stupid game". Ultimately, Blizzard is doing something right to make your "stupid" ass keep paying 15 bucks a month. Good Job Blizz!

If you ask if I can make something, I take my time to log over to another toon to make it for you and then you tell me "nvmd, I just bought it off the AH" That will annoy the shit out of me. I have every single profession on my alts, for just that reason. If I need something, I make it myself. And if I can't make it then I see if I can get it on the Auction House. And if the Auction House doesn't have it then I look up how to either get the pattern for it, or the mats. And if I still can't get it, that's when I see if friends are online to help me with it. I do not ask them to make it for me NOW, if they are busy, I can wait. And tips are very generous coming from me. It's just courtesy for your fellow players, some people have it, and a lot of people don't.

If you ask me for advice or help on something but don't take it, that wont make me mad. I just wish was right in front of you to see you try and fail at what I just told you you cant do! I am more then willing to help people with in-game stuff. It does give me great satisfaction knowing that I can help people out when they are stuck trying to do something. But then there is the other side to that, where some people will constantly ask for help and ask the same questions over and over again. And they ask you to explain things to them like you don't have anything in the game to do yourself. They do not take the time to look things up themselves. It's called google, try it.
I will admit, Ive asked for help only a handful of times in this game and it's mostly to my friends. Majority of my time I'm looking up shit myself. WoWHead is my online bible, I refer to that for everything I get stuck on. I don't know why people don't just look things up themselves. You can take the time to read up on stuff at your own pace.


People who try to tell others how to play their class are pretty high on my Douche list as well. You can all suck it! Cuz unless you pay for that person's monthly fee, then you have no room to tell anyone how to play the game. When I think about this topic it does make me think about me, and what I do with others. Let me clear something up, and it might sound like I'm making an excuse for myself, but really, I'm not. If someone asks me for advice or my opinion on something, I will give it. I will not tell them how to play their toon, or they should play the game this way or that. People come to me for my 2 cents, I don't just go around dishing it out where it is unwanted.

When I think of the above topic, people in instances are the worse offenders. Because you can't convey sincerity or sarcasm through typing, people might have the best intentions in trying to help out a fellow player, but it will always sound arrogant if you can't hear the tone in their voice. But majority of what I've seen is always for the reason of people getting too frustrated with someone who is doing something wrong. It does show the kind of person they are when they do this, and sometimes I wanna say "geez, they're learning you dickhead, shuddup!". Some people act like everyone should know how to do everything in game right off the bat. But I usually keep the comments to myself unless they are playing extremely terrible and just all over the place.

Galleon Kill!!! Woot!!!!

I never thought I would have gotten to kill let alone see Galleon. With so many people trolling trade chat with "LFM Galleon" you never know who is telling the truth and who is just spamming trade to be jerks.
Well yesterday I was in Org on Babyskully, saw the spam, and shrugged it off. That person got a lot of crap for the post, but something about that person's reaction/defense to the accusations seemed a bit truthful. I told Monk and quickly logged off and switched to Deadskully to check it out. She was in Org as well, BUT thankfully I have her Hearthstone set to Halfhill.
I hearthed, ran out of the Inn, mounted up, headed for Galleon's spawn point and said in general chat "inv galleon"... got my invite and I was not expecting to see what I saw when I arrived. Galleon was HUGE! I was expecting to see a slightly bigger version of the Mushan that litter the area but his size was no way near those. He had about 1/3 health left by the time I arrived so I really didn't get to see his abilities and get the feel of the fight, or reeeeeally get a good look at him. It was just land, pew pew, dead.
He has a chance to drop a mount that is a smaller version of himself, his son. It didn't drop, and all I got was a bag with the usual gold in it. But I also got an Achievement:

When this popped on my screen I was like why the fuck is the Lizard dude in my achievement. Haha, yeah noob. Apparently, Galleon is his mount... well a battle tank pretty much. He sits on Galleon's head  and his Raid crew shoots players with the cannons, and jumps off to engage in fights on the ground. And yes I missed all this. I seen the bodies on the ground when I got there. Sadly Monk didn't make it there in time, so he will be keeping an eye and ear out for him( Salyis's yell can be heard through out the whole Valley of the Four Winds Zone) on Sunday because he has about a 48 hour spawn time (don't quote me on that).
Needless to say, I had an easy time, killing Galleon and getting an achieve for a World Boss kill.

Monk gets me some pets

 My RL friend Monk got me 2 pets. These pets are NOT in anyway cheap. As you can see from the Auction prices from my last Auctionator scan. I thought the Parrot was more actually, that price dropped, big time.
Anywhos, back to my awesome very generous friend. He works deals with the late nighters, and I know I made him one of the panther mounts so something must have been traded for that.



I didn't learn these pets right away, because I had to make sure that he really wanted to give me these, and he didn't change his mind. Very awesome friend I have.

Kara Mount runs!

For the last 2 weeks I've been running Kara on each toon that are able to. That's 9 Toons going in there killing first boss and bailing.
I think this damn Horse's drop rate is like .25% . Oh why cant I be one of the lucky ones soon.

After about 4 or 5 toons I have to stop and wait a while because apparently I went into instances too much in the past hour I believe. I remember when that used to happen when I did it with an old guild. I'd love to say it happened recently while running dungeons, but sadly I don't have the motivation to run anything anymore. Blah.



Anywhos... I love running Deadskully in there because she just goes straight to Midnight and AoEs the shit out of it. Pulls the whole room and Attumen (who, drops the mount that looks like Midnight) comes out and I beat the shit out of him too. Dead.
I have trouble doing that on my DK, Hunter, and Druid. With those toons I need to kill at least 50% of the room before I start in on Boss. Not too good with AoE with those toons. bleh.
