June post

It's June already?! What the heck! half the year is gone!
But anyways! Look! I'm actually getting out a post for the month, at the beginning of the month. Weird eh. I know!!!!
Starting off the month, Darkmoon faire, I know I always say I'ma go down there and fish up my fish heads, but It's been like 2 or 3 months already that I haven't gone... err, maybe I went but didn't get the 5 limit stack of each color like I usually like to do. eh, we shall see. 
Then on Reset day is the Dastardly Duos event. It goes for a month and a half and I've seen some videos on it (partially paying attention), but never really read up on it until tonight. Sounds like fun, and I'm excited about the goodies that's gonna come along with it. I'm not gonna explain it cuz I'm dumb so I'll just do the lazy way and put a link below:

My Jani mount achievement progress has been moving along swimmingly. 
Aqua Team Murder Force is the last I need for the Undersea Usurper achieve, which might I add I get an Orange Crab mount! Friggen sweet! For that one you have to get the 3 followers to lvl 30 and I have 1 already there. 

I have 2 other alts handling the other 2 and they're both currently at lvl 21. that's the only timegated achieve I have left to complete this thing. 9 days baby!
and for the 2 achieves for Expedition Leader I just need to grind for the Azerite and pray to RNGezus to give me the Islands that I need the quests for Tell Me A Tale. It only requires 10 out of that list and I have 8. Truth came along with me for some island ques and helped me get 2 achieves for the Island Expedition portion tonight. He calculated for me how much runs I'll need for the Azerite. we get 12,000 per run. I needed 40 runs at the time. I just recalculated and I now need 24 more runs. Question is, am I gonna do it on Sunday and try for the new islands to pop for me for the quests. Or just go fish for my fishheads. decisions, decisions.

I was super excited for this bug guy I got from one of the islands. 1 of 9 mounts you can get. I really want the Surf Jelly. I love it when I get mounts and pets from stuff and I'm not even farming for it. To be honest I completely forgot the islands drop mounts. I'm so focused on getting my jani mount. maybe the next 24 runs I'll do my best to loot every chest, kill all the rares, and get rid of all the red X's on the map. I'm not gonna see which ones come from which Islands. I'll just go in there and kill and loot everything!!!

Today Elo gave me a new rare pet. 
Comes from the Siren Isle. Sells nicely on the AH. 
Hey now, ok, I did check the price on Hyjal but no matter how much this thing sold for I was NOT gonna sell it. I'm rich! I don't need gold mkay... JK I'm not rich, but for reals, I wasn't gonna sell it. I think he told me it was almost 100k on his server. Yikes!
And then I renamed him after his first owner Elo.

With Truth and Elo helping me lately I've jumped up to 16 on the Warcraft pets ranking. The other night Truth told me to give him 40 non rare cageable pets and he'd pop blue stones on them. WHAT?! he's too nice to me, I think I gave him 35. 

The last day of May comes with my Traders post check. 
I am friggen broke after this month. I literally have only 65 tender to my name. I haven't read or watched anything on what is coming but I hope it's all ass! cuz I will have nothing to buy stuff with. here's a pic of what I have in the "frozen item" slot. This back is 300 tender and unless something else comes along that catches my eye more, it might be in that slot for a long while. I'm not lying when I'd pay RL money to get more tender. hint hint Blizz.

I'll end this on a kind of meh note. I still love WoW, I still enjoy the game but I've been not really feeling like loggin in to my main. Aside from pet battles and achievement stuff I haven't been doing much. I will not have a vault again. I know what the problem is. I'm the type of person that doesn't like tension or uncomfortable situations, and that's how I feel in the guild at the moment. My current guild brings those feelings. When we have higher ranking people that don't run anything with the peasants because they know they're not very good or there's nothing in it for them makes me sad. When events are put up and no one wants to participate, I don't see the point in trying. When people ask questions and no one responds, kinda feels shitty. I'm sure they don't think anything about it, but with all the people online and no one says anything, not even a "hi" when someone says "hello" in gchat, I don't really see the point in being in there. I can do the same thing in my bank guild, or simply just being guildless. This is my problem, and this is why I like to play by myself. noone else to worry about. I've been told to just not pay attention to it. I can't, and I'm beyond the point of trying to fix things. I have one foot out the door... again.
Ahhh but this is just me venting a little. 
On a funny note, my June post was gonna be of Satisfactory and Palia the 2 games I've been playin a lot more as of late. I had screen shots and everything. I still might do that. :-)

Mid May post

Damn you May trader's post! Running me broke and I don't even have enough trader's tender to buy everything. I just wish for a month with all crap stuff that I don't like. Would make trying to save my tender so much easier.... actually... on the other hand, If it is crap, I most certainly will come on here and cry about it too. Ahhh Blizz can't win. 
Anywhos! So I'll start with the cool stuff I like this month that I have yet to buy.

Now the other stuff I really want but I'm ok with not getting.
Two pets, the panda racoon thing, same models as a couple before which I got the pink and green one, and the Rocket Chicken. I hear somewhere that it was previously a TCG pet, but not super sure on that. If I were only to get one, it would be that one. And lastly, This Bakar mount. I was really cranky when I heard that this thing was gonna be on the Post, but was relieved that when May 1st came around and I went to see that this indeed was smaller then Taivan. If he was the same size as my good boy, a huge fit would have been thrown. just kidding.... kinda. 

Alright and for the one thing that I bought so far, a fruit basket carrying hedgehog mount. It's unique and too cute to pass up. Brand new mount of it's kind. I'll eventually get the other stuff that I want later. Now that I think about it, I always buy one or 2 things on the first couple of days, then I don't go back to buy anything until the last couple of days.
I'll still visit the post and look at the things I want in hopes of me talking myself out of actually going through with the purchases.

Oh see I'm doing it right now, I actually should mull over the shark hat instead of the panda pet. I have 2 or 3 other colors of that shark hat already, and does even one of my 50something alts have it as a mog?... um nope. aww man, ok, pet over hat if I have enough tender.
Now I was super satisfied with the end reward for the post. 
Weechi is a little puppy that you can customize next to the Trader's post. you can change it's costume, and fur color. It's super cute. 
I've never used him in a pet battle but I think I will. I already made him level 25.

And here's 4 pets I got from Elo. He don't care about pets and stuff so I went through his collection and the ones that was cageable and I needed, he gave to me. YAY!!!
Truth helps me mucho with the pets too, We go do pet battles and I miiight be giving him my cageable ones and he's popping stones on them to get them to level 25 and sometimes tells me to give him green ones and he puts a rare stone on them. Too nice I tell ya. I'm not really climbing up the Warcraft pets ranking because the next person above me has soo much more points then I do, but I'm chippin' away at it. 

And finally my Jani mount achieve progress. 
Here's my latest pic of my progress. 2 more to go but these are a pain in the butt!. The Undersea Ursurper one to be precise. The leveling of the 3 followers in there is gonna take me a while. Initially I was just gonna do all 3 to 30 on main Deadskully, but I just said 90 days?!?!?! fuck it and took 2 other toons in there and I do them every day. Neri is already 21 and the other 2, Vim and Poen, are 8. It's a level a day so I got a while to go. I'm so thankful that these are account shared achieves. I'm sure I still would be grinding for them, but this makes it so much easier.

Mecha-Done achieve gave me this awesome ground mount. I completely forgot that this was the reward from the achieve. I liked this mount and I was farming the Bird rare on Mechagon Island for the different color model, but you know what, I'm totally satisfied with this one instead. 

The Expedition Leader one is gonna be another looong ass one. I have to look up more on those, I haven't done an island expedition in so long. I really should go and do those too while I'm doing the other ones, the only reason I think it will take time is cuz I might not get the right island I need for the stuff when I que up. ugh!!!! I'm having a headache just thinking about it.

The Alliance side of this achieves are all done. The last one I needed was Lets Bee Friends. 7 day daily quest to get Bumbles a pet then went on to get my Honeyback Harvester rep maxed and got my Bee mount!!!! 

Totally crap that this color version is Alliance only. There was an achieve to get the Hivemother that can be used on ALL your toons Horde alike and so I guess thats a good thing. I'm so happy with this Bee.

May post

May is here, geez the year is almost half done already. kind of a lot to talk about this month. I have a bunch of screenies that I might not squeeze all of them in, but I'll try.

Darkmoon faire ended last night and I friggen missed it, no more fish heads for me this month poops. I didn't spend a lot of time on WoW this week anyways, just pet battle and then hopped onto Satisfactory.
Anywhos, Children's week had like 3 new pets and a couple of new mogs which I got. but I did that like at the beginning of the event so I didn't have to do them last minute. 

So this was a funny story, I knew the balloon event was starting and today when I was doing my pet battles and looking at the map I figured to go to one of the X's on the map. I've never did it and I didn't remember last years one. so I get to the balloon and I click on the goblin, and fricken shit! I totally forgot you need 3 people to do this! then I remembered that I made a post last year about this event. so I went back in my old posts and sure as shit, last May I wrote about not being able to ride it cuz you need 3 people to do it. Luckily there was a person here that was waiting. I shotted the convo and added it to this picture of the balloon in the air. It was nothing spectacular or anything , but a casual balloon ride that looked like you were gonna crash into the mountain for the balloon trip in Uldum. There better not be an achievement to do all the balloon rides cuz, I don't wanna go do all of them. I know truth would come with me to do this, but I don't think I'd take up anyone else's time to do this.

one quick gripe here, I was doing the fishing daily and I needed to catch a roaring anglerseeker. I went to the Ringing Deeps cuz if I remembered correctly I saw Anglerseeker torrent pools down there before. I didn't find any so I decided to use a lure. popped the lure and fished from a pool just like the buff told me to. Bullshit! I fished for 20 mins from pools and got no anglerseeker. I said f it and just fished in the water, no pool. and first cast I got it. WTF! wasted time actually following directions. I should have known cuz with other lures people are all like just fish in open waters, blah blah.

I finally got my Kul Tiran to level 50 for the heritage achievement, yay! experience boost helped mucho, I think if I stacked it with the Darkmoon buffs it would have gone super quick, but like I said earlier, I did not go to the faire. shame on me for that. 

I got it to 45 last week and let it sit for a bit. then finished it yesterday. She thicc just like yours truly. I feel a connection to her in that way lols. THAT'S IT THO! cuz she alliance and me no play alliance on the regular. Ohhh but if I did, this race would totally be my main, WAIT! my human is actually not skinny either so, hmmm maybe either of those races. Pshaw! Night elves and  shadowmeld can suck muh balls! I don't play this game to actually be good at it, everyone knows that. I just wanna collect stuff and poke at things.

I keep moving between 21 to 23. People just need to stop leveling their pets man. I need to climb this chart!

The world quests are not account locked so you can go on all your alts and do them. I really should do that more tbh. I needs all the stones!!!!!

Alrightee Im done here. but to end this, I saw my WoW pet idol by the bank in Dornogal and I had to whisper her. I'm assuming Annalisse is a chick tho but who knows right? Annalisse is usually at the top and recently got dethroned, BUT they both go back and forth. I'm rootin for Anna because she's in Hive which is where a very nice Resto Shaman Unrezolved is. Unrezolved used to craft my weapons and offhands back in Dragonflight, and /wave to eachother everyonce in a while. I've eased up on being a creeper a lot tho. Kind of...

Mid April update

Darn!
I missed my March update. Oh well, I'm sure a bunch happened but I don't really remember it all like usual.
BUT! I will write about what I do remember happened. Starting with going back to raiding with the team again. I didn't go the first week I believe and I refused to go to Heroic for a tad bit. I'm always lacking confidence and I don't wanna hold the group back. But Skully Locks got buffs, you should be fine. SHOULD being the operative word.  I Should be doing a shit load more damage then I'm currently doing. But naturally, I can't push my buttons good. I eventually went in through Normal raid with them and then to Heroic, BUT right before the pull that got them AOTC my internet went down. I logged onto my phone and at least I got to watch them get the kill. Sad for myself, because all I could think about was that I was the link that was holding them back. Unfortunate, but the proof is in the kill. Ah well, maybe now I can go back in there with them and get my carry I always claim it to be. Although feeling sad for myself I was extremely proud of the team. I will get my AOTC some day soon.

Aside from raid, I did fill my vault with the most I've gotten this season. Well, full heroic raid slots and 3 M+ slots full of Myth gear from 10s but no delves. 

Let's see what else, I got my 2600 io, Got all my portals, yay. Didn't think I was gonna get it. Mainly cuz I wasn't feeling like doing anything with the guild and I only run stuff with them, I don't pug.

But anyways... yay for KSM mount. The 3K mount isn't as colorful but it is bigger and looks more evil with the red glowing eyes. As far as color, I do like this one better. I don't ever see myself getting 3K again.

Alright and finally, this month's trading post was alright, not the best and I still have 500 tokens left over. I only bought one of the Darkmoon horse mounts, didn't really care to get the other one. I'll save my coins for next month. Hopefully it's better. I'm sure it till be.

OK I think I'm done with this one. Oh yeah Noblegarden Event starts tomorrow. Hopefully we get new stuff.

End of Feb update

 Ahhh welll, you know the drill... late as usual.

OK first off, yes, I did buy this long boy. comes in clutch when Truth and I are out pet battling and he needs to buy a new pet for a strat. OR when I'm in a major city and I'm too damn lazy to walk my ass to AH. I love him so much!!!
I didn't buy him right when he came out on the Blizz store tho. It was like the last week it was available that I made my decision to buy. But come on, who thought that I would have actually NOT paid 100 friggen RL bucks for this thing. I knew I would have eventually caved in... best purchase yet. The mail box on him is whatever. would have really wanted a bank. I have a mailbox toy, BUT that does have a CD so alright, this is better. I do have the argent gruntling pet that has a bank but the CD on that is long as well. 

A lot happened since my last post, I went back to MidLife Gamers. Honestly I got tired of those annoying random spam guild recruitments and the old guildies throwing guild invites for me to come back. In the last month I did run a bunch of stuff with them. 

Keys mostly and they did carry me to 2k. So my 2k season streak still lives on. Season 4 of Shadowlands is when I got my first and I've not missed one since. When I left them and slowed down my playing I did come to terms with not getting it. I mean maybe the fact that the mount reward for it was meh to me. I think the Diamond Mechsuit ugly, I'm not riding in it!

February Love is in the Air event came and went and nothing new I saw was spectacular. I got my love rocket and dragon skin already and ended up getting the new Love Sweeper mount to drop for me. I think it was close to the end of the event when it dropped, BUT I was OK with not getting it as I JUST finished buying the different color model off the trading post! Same damn thing, just different color, UGH! but whatever, I'm not interested in buying the other colors from the Blizz store, oh shit wait! that purchase also comes with 600 trading post tender, greaaaaat I might have to buy it...crap! 
Oh, but speaking of the Blizz store they do have Sky Witch Pack. yeah same model as the pink and purple version mog and fox mount. Who the frick am I kidding, I needs it ALL!!!

Ohhh and the Kalimdor Cup is back, I think I still needed to buy some mog I missed from the last time the event was here. I need to go check that out. 
For March, I'm hoping for the Trial of Style to have new mogs come out. I bought all the ones from prior contests and I won't lie. I've had a couple guildies go in there with me they knew I wanted the tokens for it so what did they do... yup ensured I snagged first place and voted for me. lol fuckin cheaters I tell ya.
Aside from Season 2 starting and the new raid coming out, I'm not sure if anything else is happening in March. Whoa whoa, those 2 things are a big deal, why am I sounding so bleh about it. Well first off, I don't PLAN on raiding. 

Yeah I know, I say that shit now, but that's how I feel as of this moment. Too much commitment, to gear and push to be a better player etc. Not interested in hearing the complaining/frustration that come from guildies during raid. I heard it towards the end of last season and frankly it was getting old real fast. Puts a crappy taste in my mouth and I didn't feel like listening to it anymore. 
Just made it not fun so I took myself out of the situation. Truth is trying his best to change things and attitudes but he can only do so much. 
But I digress. Oh yeah and I need more fishheads from the Darkmoon faire so I might do that on Sunday.

I am currently without a second level 80 toon as you can see by this unachieved achievement here, /sadness... My closest toon is I believe 74 or close to it, but no second 80, and I didn't even know that you get additional exp when you level other toons after the 2nd one. noob.

Like I said earlier Truth and I are going around pet battling almost every day for the stones, not so much the pet charms but we'll get those sometimes too, and he helps me collect more pets along the way if I don't have them. I'm still working on the 1600 pet achieve. I'm so far away, but I have it in my sights.

And lastly...
4 other guildies and I went to get the Hivemind mount. 5 people that went to get it are the only ones that can ride in it. yes IN. your 4 friends jump into the brain... the HIVEMIND if you will. and I think you get a speed boost the more people that ride. It was a pretty neat secret mount to get.

Late December update

December is almost done but ima still put this out since I had all the screeenies on here already. 

My 2024 WoW time towards the end of the year felt like it was getting less and less. Not quite sure why, maybe RL just got a little busier as well as just not feeling this expac so far. I'll never stop playing WoW, but I guess eventually everyone needs a break... Even this WoW psycho. I can still however write about what I have been doing, so as long as nothing happens to this blog, I'll keep putting shit out. 

Alrighty, for the December calendar, aside from all the Anniversary balloons cluttering up the days, there doesn't really look like a whole lot is going on here. Winter Veil started and I actually did not log on for a whole week. Did the 14th's Fishing Tournament and then didn't log back on until the 21st because I had to do the Fishing Tourney again. Only did the Fishing Tourney and some Anniversary stuff then logged. I don't know if they're gonna add it later but January's Darkmoon Fair is not on the calendar. It should have been scheduled on Sunday January 5th (the first Sunday of the month), but when I looked the last time, it wasn't there. I forgot what I wanted to do there, but I'm a little annoyed that this is the first time I didn't see one for the month. I need my FISHHEADS!!! Honestly, they might have skipped a month before and I just didn't notice. As I really don't do them religiously but this is the first time I noticed. But back to Winterveil! I didn't get presents from the tree, I didn't go kill the yeti in Hillsbrad, I hear he drops new stuff and he has a new ability. I saw there was a cute yeti pet with a present on it's back, and new mogs... Dammit I need to do the event!

The trading post has good stuff like always I want more then what I can afford. I really hate the traders tender. Always not enough to buy everything. I know they'll bring items back around, but it will be the same thing... I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR THIS!!!!
This super pretty flower staff was in my frozen slot and I bought this month. It was part of a 3 weapon set that I thought all of them were cool looking. I don't remember what I put in the frozen slot for this month.

Next! Although I have not returned to Midlife Gamers guild (currently guildless, not even in my bank alt guild), they did take me to get my AOTC. That was very nice of them. I really wasn't expecting to get it. 

and here's a funny error I saw on my achieve when it got marked off. The Spelunker Supreme achieve checked off "Attained 2000 M+ rating". The achievement is only for ONE of the 3 to be done so with the Queen kill, I would have got it anyways. For the M+ rating, I'm sitting at I think around 1700. Really not sure I'll hit my 2k this season, or any season after to be honest, but I'm ok with that... *cries*

And Finally!, Truth and I got our Green bike. Same model as the Doritos bike but it does have hidden stuff to it. You get it by doing secret shit for the anniversary event which to complete the secret stuff there's 12 steps, BUT this bike only requires you to get through 9 steps. We're waiting for the other steps to be posted. 
Incognitro, the Indecipherable Felcycle is what it's called and there's a special ability that gives you numbers to put in a code sequence that makes your bike so several hidden abilities. I didn't do them myself but I watched Truth do some. It's pretty neato idea I've never seen it done on a mount before. I'm sure I'm forgetting a bunch of other stuff, but with me not playing WoW that much lately, I really can't think of anything.

I want my bike!

I never keep up with outside promotions for World of Warcraft so if I didn't hear this from a former guildie, I would not have even known about it. Just like the gummy worm pet from the Trolli gummy promotion. This promotion has a mount?!? I need it naturally...

Weeeell turns out this was labeled as "sold out" for a little bit on the MountainDew gaming site. When I heard about this I was sad, but was pretty sure this was only temporary. And yes, sure enough it was only temporary and they were back "in stock", well as much as any digital item can be. yeah that was sarcasm.

I was reading some comments and looks like speculation on why redemption was halted might have to do with people getting multiple item codes and selling them for RL money. Not super sure if MtnDew knew this was going to happen or even if they gave a shit. I mean hey, either way, their products are being bought regardless of who was buying them and for what reason. Mountain Dew wins here I guess.

So the website has the list of participating products and how much points each of them give. My focus was the bike and I wasn't sure if I was going to get the other rewards, so I just bought enough items for that. 3 chips and 3 sodas. I stopped at the corner convenience store that do not sell 12 pks so I made do with what I had. I didn't eat or drink all the items that night so I didn't redeem my mount right away. 

Oh! one of the pops were worth 200 points instead of 100 like I originally thought, AND! the chips codes were on the outside of the bag!

I just got done opening the 3 bags and putting the chips into a big ziplock bag then looked in the bag for the codes, and saw where they were. Um what? so if I was a shady person, I could have just took down the codes and not even buy the damn chips. It's sad cuz I know there are definitely people that would do that shit. Fuck that shit, I need to eat those chips!

Alright now I NEED ALL THE ITEMS!!!!

what's left? 1 belt, 2 pets (I already have Lil Raggy) and 2 aprons (tabards). Truth is so damn sweet he had extra points after he claimed his Blazecycle and he didn't care to get anything else. So he asked what I wanted and I said the belt. He redeemed it and sent me the code. YAY! now my skirt won't fall down! Its so cool looking, It's called a Bot Wrangler's belt. I think I need to use it to capture robots. Perfect! I need to get me 2 robot pets next!

Truth went to the store today and I swear I didn't ask him to, but like he does... nice shit for me. He got a 12 pk of pop and texted me the code. I was able to get the 2 bot pets and 1 apron (I picked the purple one). So I just need 300 more points for the last apron. That's just 1 pop and a chip bag! I'll grab that later this week from the corner store. 
I was really trying to think if I have done other promotions like this before...

I honestly can't remember. Do I like it? I think I prefer this one better then the Trolli pet promo which you had to take a picture of the receipt, submit it then wait about a week for them to respond. with this promotion, I'm sure if Blizzard wanted the items to be a bound to account restriction they could have made that happen. But I can see how difficult that would be as the redemption process is going through a 3rd party website that you do not link your Bnet to. And besides, what company would want to agree to the limited item restriction... that would significantly limit the sale of their products that they're trying to push. Take for example the different point values for the different products. Certain products on the list had different reward point values. I like the regular Mt Dew, but sadly it's only 100 pts. Whereas some special flavor bottles are 200 pts. Bitches I tell ya!! I can imagine MtDew warehouse has soda holding tanks that has a lot of the flavors that are worth more points and they just need to get rid of it. I'm kidding of course, I'm sure there's a more business relatable reason as to why the same ounce, same price, plastic bottle of soda have different reward point values.
